Among other things, she was responsible for quality management at a global company, and today, as an independent consultant, she helps companies establish quality management systems, shares her expertise as a trainer, and mentors working women as a coach. In her conversation with Sr. Benedicta-Maria Kramer and Thomas Scherrieb, Dr. Schulte-Hinsken delves into the world of monasteries and business\u2014a landscape with its own unique structure and special spirit.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After more than 10 years leading the Hegne Convent, Sr. Benedicta-Maria Kramer is a knowledgeable resource on the topic of leadership. Among other responsibilities, she oversaw more than 250 sisters and 300 staff members and looks back on a 125-year history of success. Today, Sr. Benedicta-Maria serves on the board of the Hegne Monastery Foundation and is specifically responsible for fostering a corporate culture grounded in values and focused on the future.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thomas Scherrieb is responsible for the numbers, data, and facts. Today, he views many aspects of corporate management differently than he did before his first day on the job at the monastery 23 years ago. As administrative director, he oversees the monastery\u2019s financial affairs, helped establish the Hegne Monastery Foundation, and is committed to its further development as a member of the foundation\u2019s board. What makes Hegne Monastery such an interesting employer for him?
