Conference Packages
“Business” Conference Package
- Provision of a conference room with a view of Lake Constance; all conference rooms have natural light
- Basic Technical Features
- Morning creative break with “healthy & nutritious” snacks, as well as coffee and fine tea
- Conference Beverages: Unlimited Imnau mineral water (still/medium/classic)
- A 3-course working lunch featuring the chef’s selection or light dishes from the lunch buffet
- A non-alcoholic beverage (orange juice, apple juice, mineral water) with lunch
- Afternoon coffee break featuring “sweet & balanced” treats, along with coffee and fine tea
Price: €64 per person per day
For dinner, we recommend…
… a 3-course dinner menu selected by the chef or a selection of dishes from the dinner buffet.
Price: €42 per person per day

Our conference packages are valid:
- For groups of 4 or more in the Madeleine Delbrêl seminar room
- For groups of 8 or more in the M. Bernarda, Bonaventura, and Wessenberg seminar rooms
- For groups of 15 or more in the Edith Stein and Feliziana halls
- For groups of 30 or more in the Pirmin Hall
If there are fewer participants, we charge an additional fee.
The basic technical equipment includes a projector, internet access (Wi-Fi), an overhead projector, a screen, a flipchart/pinboard combination, a lectern, a presentation tool, notepads, pens, the display of flags, and the provision of directions. Please refer to this PDF for the break options.
Breakfast: savory side dishes; lunch: sweet side dishes. A fruit basket and a candy bar are restocked throughout the day. If there are fewer than 20 conference guests on-site, we reserve the right to serve appropriate conference menus with a choice of three main courses instead of a buffet.
