The Theodosius Academy of the Hegne Monastery Foundation is pleased to present its diverse 2024 annual program under the motto “Simply Different.” Since its launch in 2020, the Academy has continuously refined its offerings to provide visitors with a unique range of seminars, counseling, cultural events, and the Ulrika Apostolate—a program that clearly sets it apart from other academies.
The 2024 annual program is centered around the theme “Take a Break – Recharge – Be Inspired.” The various events—ranging from seminars to art exhibitions—offer visitors the opportunity to take a break from their daily routines, find peace, and recharge both mentally and physically. The goal is for these events not only to enrich participants’ lives but also to provide inspiration and new ideas for everyday life.

Popular yoga and pilgrimage programs, painting retreats, and innovative seminars such as “Between Freedom and Solitude” for singles, Qigong day seminars, and “Learning to Forgive” enrich the lineup. What all these events have in common is that they support people in their search for answers, offer opportunities to recharge and find peace, and provide inspiration for life and work. Many events take place at our beautiful Hotel St. Elisabeth.
