“Leading and Being Led” was the title of the forum for executives, which was held at the Hotel St. Elisabeth by the Archdiocese of Freiburg’s Forum on Church and Business in cooperation with our Theodosius Academy. About 45 executives from the business and social sectors attended a stimulating and engaging lecture by Father Justinus C. Pech. He emphasized the importance of the Christian social principles of personality, solidarity, and subsidiarity as the foundation of good leadership, as well as the relevance of self-leadership.
Our conclusion: a truly successful event!
